Set channel to 'auto' on both 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz.

Which frequency are you using to connect? 5Ghz is better for streaming, etc, but it has less range. It has more channels available so less chance of interference. You should try to use 5Ghz as much as possible, since there are more channels available.

2.4Ghz has better range but can get more interference from nearby wireless networks.
