Netflix Upload Bandwidth

Netlix is making my internet very slow, it caps out the uipload bandwith but not the download bandwith. Is there a way to limit this? I already have QOS set up on my router (maybe not properly set up). I have an Asus RT-AC68U http://www.memoryexpress.com/Products/MX48122. Is there a way to properly set up Qos? If so can someone please give a step by step process on how to do it. I have 7mps down and 0.7mbs up. (highest i can get).

A percentage of you upload will be used to acknowledge data that you have downloaded. Your connection is so asymmetric for bandwidth, that attempting to download at full speed will pretty much mean you cannot upload.

Not without causing Netflix to buffer all the time, you just need to check the quality settings or look for a different ISP for faster speeds if you can.
