When playing New Vegas I get a solid 60 frames outside, but it appears that whenever I go inside I experience a really bad stutter. My game says I'm getting 60 fps but it definitely doesn't look like it. I'm using Stutter Remover, NVSE and 4GB. Note again, this only happens when I'm inside a building. I've also noticed a lag in the menus as well, mainly my cursor having the same lag issue. Thank you for the help.
