RAM air cooling on mITX

I couldn't find any info online on wether something like this is compatible with an mITX mobo like this. I read that most RAM coolers are optimized for 4-6 slot designs, so I'm not sure wether it's way too big. Could anyone suggest other compatible RAM cooling options, since I want to max-out the speed of the Venegeance Pro 2133 MHz 16 GB memory I'm getting.

If you have a CPU and mobo that can handle 2133 then running and temps shouldn't be a problem as long as there is decent airflow, DRAM doesn't really get that hot
