Overclocking Titan x

Hello guys, when i try to Overclocking the titan x, nothing change, for example when i run BTF hardline in 4k ultra, i got 60 fps. so when i overclocking it nothing change. can anyone explain why?
my cpu is i7 4790k i already Overclocked it 4.5

Gsync enabled? If you have a GSync panel and it's a 60hz monitor it won't go above 60fps with GSync turned on. I actually had this happen to me when I first played with my new Titan X and ROG SWIFT. Took me a few mins to figure out I needed to change the screen to 144hz.
