The main use of this is to play Arma, and not blow my eyes out from 15 FPS. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/vTz9pg its my first build but im indecisive on wither i should use this other build http://pcpartpicker.com/p/QvKMgs .Im just not really sure about the motherboard, and if everything is compatible and reliable. I want things to work for a long time and not be replaced.

Go with the second build. The only big difference between both motherboards is the number of RAM slots. You are only using two sticks of RAM, so there is no benefit for extra slots.
If you plan on getting more RAM chips in the future, go with the first build.

I'd go with the Rosewill. The motherboard doesn't support front usb 3.0 ports. If you wire them up to a case that has 3.0 ports, issues may arise.
