Hi, I am currently putting together parts for a budget gaming, video editing, and graphics design PC. The power supply that I came across for only $29.99 has great reviews on Amazon including the parts that are involved in my build. I do not plan to do ANY HEAVY overclocking, but LIGHT overclocking of the FX-6300 on stock cooler. It's stock speed is 3.5GHz and 4.1Ghz Turbo Boost, but I plan to deactivate the Turbo Boost and set the base clock somewhere between 3.8GHz and 4.1GHz at stock voltage which I know is achievable because of the benchmarks and overclocking guides on various YouTube videos and separate forums including this one. I also have no fear of heating issues because the case I chose, though on the cheaper side, has 3 case fans with 2x 120MM fans at the front for intake and 1x120MM Fan on the rear for exhaust. This light overclock is to prevent the FPS drops that are caused when AMD's version of Turbo Boost activates. Can the power supply in listed run the system for what I'm going to be doing? Can the PC run the programs and games I'm going to be using and playing? I only use Amazon because I'm a Prime member. My PC Parts, programs, and games go as listed below:

Solution
Yes, your psu is good but I wouldn't overlock it. It should run all of the programs listed but it will perform really bad on Sony Vegas. You will be able to run all the games listed at max for the most part.
