Need an answer for the exact question that is in the title. As of now, my pc graphics card never goes above 75C and the cpu over 55 (Under load) with the 2 fans that came with the case (I got the define r4). So I am wondering if it would be worth it to replace the stock fans or just keep them, or maybe add some more?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

(I got an asus gtx 780 directcu II and a 17-4770K @3.5GHz)

The stock define R4 fans are quite decent. Your temps looks fine really.
But you can replace the fans if you want to or add more fans.
If you looking to increase airflow, add more fans. If you looking to reduce noise, you can lower the rpm on the fans or get fans that are designed to be near-silent e.g Noctua .
