Blue screen of death due to RAM upgrade

I upgraded my lenovo T410's RAM from 2GB to 6GB, by inserting a 4GB stick. Now I gave blue screen if death issue. Please help me fix it.

Till now I have faced it 9 times. Following are the "Bug check code" extracted using BlueScreenView:

9. 0x0000001a

Let me know if this is what you meant.

Both sticks need to be the same. The fact that you have one 2 gig stick and one 4 gig stick is causing this problem.

I guessed the same and installed only the 4 gig stick. Unfortunately, I still faced the same issue.

What is the code when there is only one stick in? It is either:
1) Defective RAM
2)The laptop wants RAM in both slots to work

The memory may be incompatible. What is the make/model of the 4 GB DIMM?
