Hello, I have a tiny question on my mother board.

Basically, I have a Gigabyte Tech Co. H55M-UD2H and I'm upgrading my processor from i5 650 to i5 4670k/4690k.

The question is will the new processor fit into the socket?, or is it really nessecery to buy a new motherboard now. My budget isn't big now, just because I was thinking just to buy the processor. So I would like to hear from you about it. Also if it is nesseccery, what kind of "more to the cheap side" motherboard would you suggest for i5 4670k/4690k proccessors. Thanks in advance.

You'll have to buy a new board for the Haswell processors. Your board is several socket changes behind.
If you are buying a "K" processor, you obviously want to OC. There are no motherboards suitable for OC'ing "more to the cheap side". You need a Z97 with heat sinks on the VRMs, solid Japan caps, and at least 4+1 phase power to even begin OC'ing.
