CPU cooler recommendation

I'm ordering a heat sink for my old 775 machine (core 2 quad).

Is this style of Heatsink any good? Sorry, I changed the links they should work now, I ask about those because they are really cheap off ebay, I don't want to spend much. Only reason I'm doing it is because I'm selling the computer to somebody and I want to make sure it works well for them... I'd feel bad if it burned out on them all of a sudden lol.

Why will the cooling performance be junk? The shipping is free on these so they will actually be cheaper, any computer hardware website like newegg or NCIX shipping costs as much as the heatsink fan.
I currently have a stock cooler for a core2duo e5800 on this CPU and it is NOT enough, it looks identical to the one in your link... it's the one I'm trying to replace lol.
