Comparison Between two GPU's

GPU 1 : GTX 950 M

GPU 2 : Radeon R9 260X

who would win in terms of FPS in minecraft assuming there paired with 8GB ram and an I5 proccesor and how much fps woud they each get specifically (I.E. 120 fps - 170 fps)?

I would say that both GPU's would get around the same FPS, as Minecraft is CPU based. I myself would choose the R9 260x. You will end up with around 150-200 FPS depending on your in game settings.
