Recently my audio on my windows 8.1 stopped working. It wouldn't let me roll back the drivers as I never updated them. And they were so recent that it was up to date. So, I just uninstalled the default drivers and got new ones. Well my old computer used to have Realtek HD Audio and it was great on that computer, so I got that instead. Well this computer now is a new one with 30x better hardware. So my issue now is that the sound on my headphones have absolutely no bass on my computer. There is bass on my speakers however, but I sometimes like to use my headphones so I don't disturb my family too much. It is not a hardware issue I believe because before my old drivers went out, I got some pretty deep bass. I know it is not a headphone issue because my headphones are new and they are Audio Technica Ath-M50s, so they don't lack bass at all. And I've used them on my android device with really high bass output. How do I fix this? Games and music sound horrible with no bass.
