I don't know about those but if you stress the GPU yourself while playing a game with this on the background

Use MSI Kombustor to stress the GPU and then use anything like GPU-Z or EVGA Precision X (works with non EVGA cards) to monitor temps. This is what most would do. However MSI Kombustor may have now have the ability to monitor temps (been a while since I've really had to do stress tests).
