Should I buy a refurbished Keyboard?

I wouldn't worry about the germs so much, they're on everything, and I mean *everything*. You've got warranty to consider, it may have a bug somewhere in the system and you might only get, say, a year out of it when if you had gone full bore, you might get 5. Then again, it might have been something insignificant, or they replaced all the insides with brand new, who knows what you're getting with a refurb. Same deal goes with Open Box. You just never know, I've bought open box and been pleasantly surprised. However, I've also been open box burned before. I've had good luck with eBay, but same deal, you never know for sure how it's been used or what's exactly in the box when you go that route (with eBay, it was stuff I just couldn't get anymore new, or once, a SSD Brand new Intel for like 1/2 new price was, and it turned out to be a legit deal. Always check the feedback, make sure it's not on private auctions...
