Hey guys. Recently i've noticed a drop in my computer's performance. My rig:
AMD FX 8350
Sapphire R9280X
gskill ripjaws 2x4gb @1600mhz
CX600M
2x1tB hdd and 1x128ssd
Gigabyte UD3P
So, fps in games started being way lower than I usually had. I've been checking temps for overheating, been gettin nothing unusual. GPU doesn't exceed 60 celsius under full load and CPU doesn't exceed 40 (or so, haven't been monitoring it all that much). But today, I popped CPU-Z and went through my cpu's specs. See picture below.

I noticed the core speed was at 2k. Shouldn't it be 4k for the 8350? Is this a problem? Voltage isn't lower than normal from what I know of, so should I just boot into BIOS and increase the core speed? Thanks in advance!
Update: So I went into my BIOS and checked all my settings. You can see them in the following album (2, 4 and 5): http://imgur.com/a/f5JUg
Picture number 1 is my computer under a prime95 test. Core speed remains at 2100 Mhz and multiplier at x10.5. I'll go into the BIOS and do the changes you guys suggested.
I also noticed my voltage was way lower than stock and my temps aren't showing it. If it goes back up to stock, will my cpu overheat?
Update 2: I forgot to put the album again xD Fixed. So I went ahead and did the changes in BIOS. After booting into Windows and launching CPU Z and Speedfan, I noticed my core speed is back a 4000. Thanks guys! Although.... My CPU temp shown by Speedfan is up to 40 idle. Isn't that a bit high? Also noticed on CPU Z that my core voltage was up to 1.38V all the way from my 1.030 or so that I had before the BIOS changes. So, could someone give me the avg. idle temp and underload temp for fx8350? Also, to my knowledge the stock voltage is 1.35V, can someone confirm? Thanks!
