What sort of budget are you on, if any? This could narrow down the search field a lot, thanks :)

At $90 I should be able to find a great cooling solution for your system, are you predisposed against pre-filled water coolers? Do you have a preference between water and air? Sorry, I should've included this in the last question
Hmm, would you possibly be able to stretch that $90 just a little bit further, say to $100 or so? Around $100 are some very powerful coolers vs. the ones in the $90 and below range

Hmm, originally I forgot about your case clearance and I was going to suggest the Noctua NH-D15 or the Cooler Master Nepton 240, but looking at compatibility, according to PCPartPicker neither of those coolers are compatible with the Spec-01 unfortunately. The closest performing cooler that you can get for your case is, from my research, the Corsair H80i. I would've preferred one of the other two, but clearance issues and other case problems seem to prevent them from being installed in your case so this appears to be the highest performing cooler to get for under $90 in your case. Look here ( https://pcpartpicker.com/part/corsair-cpu-cooler-h80i ) for the cooler itself and here ( http://www.relaxedtech.com/reviews/noctua/nh-d15/8 ) for the page I mainly used to decide on which cooler would give you the maximum cooling potential. Hopefully this helped, sorry for the reply time. Let me know if you want any further suggestion :)
