Is 500w PSU enought to run a 423w system?

So as the title says it, is it enough to run this build?
CPU:i5 4460
Mobo:MSI H97M G-43
Memory:Corsair Vengenace 8gb DDR3 (2x4)
Storage:Seagate Baracuda 1TB 7200rpm
GPU: MSI Radeon R9 280X 3GB TWIN FROZR Video Card

then again, maybe whatever PSU you have now is enough? do you know just how much power your system is actually pulling? i mean, measured with a proper meter as opposed to some online calculator?

@herrwizo hmm with tax and all it's like 72.08 CAD, I also just found a Cooler Master Elite V2 for like 67.18 with tax and all, is the Cooler Master Elite V2 also a good PSU?
 
If you didn´t buy the motherboard already, you could get a cheaper B85 board. Then the PSU would be not that much of a problem for your budget.

Please answer the question of giant bucket:
"maybe whatever PSU you have now is enough? do you know just how much power your system is actually pulling?"
your system would probably pull 400W to 450W at max., so even a 500W gold PSU would be sufficient.
