Is Asus M5A97 R2.0 a good pair for FX6300?

Finally, I managed to get rid of my brand new MSI 970A-G43 mobo and got it exchanged with Asus M5A97 R2.0. Is that a good one for my FX6300 in all sorts? I won't say it's the best one, at least a better one comparing to the MSI board?
