hi my gpu is using all of its memory and base clock without any reason...i am running nothing in background..that use my gpu ...when i play games it lags...my gpu is gtx 760 from msi 2gb oc edition

Huh? Your GPU is using 84mb of VRAM, and is under 0% load. And that looks like the stock core clock and memory clock for a 760, I don't see any issue here.

no, i think you're confused. the GPU is at 1019 MHz because thats it's base clock, and it wont go lower. also, your system is only using 89MB of the ram. far from the 2GB that are available.

so why my games are lagging...i have 4gb ram i5 4690k...and a 650w antec psu.. and wd 1tb black hard drive

you know, it just might be that the 760 is too slow, and it will stutter.

i am playing battle los angles....and nfs rival at 45fps (by changing in properties) but both of the give sudden frame drop

Stock voltage for that card 1.05volts. yours is 1.11volts, which is a little strange have you overclocked at all? But a higher voltage should not hurt performance in anyway.

And their is absolutely no reason the newest drivers should blue screen you, something is wrong. Download the newest drivers again but this time choose advanced install and check the box that says "perform clean installation".

Go into msi afterburner and select "reset" at the bottom, close it and check gpu-z again to see if the voltage changed.

voltage didnt change but clock change....and latest driver giving blue screen
