Is it possible? I want to try to reach 4.6ghz. I will be using a asus H81M-C
Will it overheat by using the stock cooler or wont I reach the 4.6ghz?

Solution
"How much COULD I reach with the stock cooler?" Varies from one chip to another. On average 3.7-4Ghz on stock cooler would be considered good.

"How much COULD I reach with a coolermaster 212 EVO?" Again, depends on the chip. 4.2-4.4Ghz is do-able on average chips.
In first place 4.6Ghz is a BIG OC on that CPU, average chips might not even reach that, let alone with stock cooler. The aftermarket coolers have the very function to keep CPU cool, and that's because stock coolers obviously can't do that, for most chips. Unless you get a VERY good chip (jackpot), you won't reach that OC with stock cooler.

No. 4.6Ghz is too high for stock cooler. If you want to make a good stable overclock and honor the potential of the 3258, you ought to buy an aftermarket cooler.

I believe you can push it to 4.0-4.2Ghz on stock cooler - I do not recommend it however.
