I am going to do a format and I am wondering sould I go again for Windows 7 home premium or should I try windows 7 ultimate ?
Help me out. What's the difference ?

If you have the product key for Win 7 Home, I'd say use that. The difference for most users is greater ram support (up to 192GB as opposed to 16GB for Home) - there are other differences as this comparison shows http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/14422-compare-windows-7-editions.html but most of them are unknown to the average PC consumer and unless it's a feature you feel you really need, the advantage of Ultimate just isn't there IMO
