When I was using my laptop, I dropped it on accident. It froze and I turned it off.
It is a dell Latitude e6410
When I tried to turn it back on, the dell logo pops up for a second and then it goes to the "windows is loading files" screen.
Also, the "Windows is loading files" screen loops itself, so when one cycle is done it goes back to the dell screen and then to the "Windows is loading files screen" and repeats.'
