Hey i want to over clock my i5 4690k with a Asus Maximus IV can any one guide me through this i have Aida 64 and Cpu Z and what should i use to look at my Cpu temps?

For a simple overclock, just go into your BIOS and change the CPU's clock frequency. That's why people say the processors that end with a K are easy to overclock, all you have to do is change the clock frequency and done. But it can be much more complicated than that if you let it. You can get into frequencies that require a higher voltage for example.
