So I got everything hooked up, and went to turn it on to make sure it was all working well. The power will only come in short burst? before I even hit the power button it does it. When i flip the switch on the PSU all the fans will spin for a second, all the lights will come on for a second, then it all stops. Then it starts, then stops. And it just does it over and over until I flip the switch back off. Can anyone tell me how to fix this?

The motherboard is sensing a bad condition and protecting itself. It could be a number of things. Poorly seated RAM, CPU, or GPU. Wrong PSU cables. Incorrect header connections.

One thing is curious. You wrote that the power is flashing on when you turn the PSU switch on, but before you hit the power button on the case?? This suggests that you have something wrong with your motherboard header connections. Perhaps you reversed your power LED and your power switch cables? Start with checking your motherboard cable-header connections.

Okay, thank you! I can not eve propley attach my CPU cooler because the thumb screws are messed up. ther WILL not fit the screws. I have spent the past hour messing with them. They just will not work. This entire thing is falling apart and I do not know anyone IRL who could help me. =( I am the person everyone I know ask for help with computers. I am pretty much fucked. And now i can not stop crying because i wasted all this money and I am not going to have the PC. I have been looking on line all day and all night. Nothing is helping me with the problems I am having at all. When I watch videos on how to build a PC they are ONLY showing everything I already know. That are not showing the parts I am struggling with at all.

I managed to get it all worked out. I am not sure what I did wrong. I just took it all a part and started all over and it worked like a charm the 2nd time. Only thing now is my mobo lights do not stay on. Like the temperature and stuff. It will not stay light up. But I am okay with that. The computer runs really well. I can run Black Desert Online on max settings for hours at a time and nothing gets over 50 degrees. =)
