Will this graphics card work and my computer?

Even if it works, my guess is that it wont (i swear i can't find the motherboard of that thing anywhere) i wouldn't bother buying that card, is too basic you will not notice absolutely any difference, if you wish to game you'll have to gather money and build a brand new PC, the CPU is the main problem with your PC and it has no upgrade path.
