I can get it to go back down if I close applications like visual studio and some browsers that are running video. It happens a few times a day.
I have liquid cooling and I thought maybe the contact to the CPU wasn't good, but I can feel the difference on the fan blowing air on the liquid cooling square thing out. So the liquid must be heating up and doing it's job.
Is maybe the processor getting old and I should get a new one. (I have an asus sabertooth motherboard).
Now I have about 10 browser tabs open and visual studio, cpu is at 12% and temp is at 57c
