This is my build:
Pentium g3258 overclocked to 4.2-4.5ghz
Coolermaster Hyper 212 EVO
GTX 750 ti
8gb Crucial Balistix Sport (2x4)
400w BeQuiet! KRAFT
500gb toshiba hdd

I plan to play the "latest" games at 1080p with about.... medium to high settings with over 30fps.
How many years can I use this machine without upgrading it?

The smartest thing to do is not shell out on anymore upgrades now but rather wait out a while as Intel will be bringing Broadwell to the market. We are also set to see the prices and boards upon official launch of Broadwell CPU's.

The GTX750Ti would allow you to game at 1080p but there would be the comment about reducing details as game engines become demanding. It could also be the other way round if game developers decided not to push game engines but features within a game such as weapons and or cinematic. There is also the point about game engines taking advantage of more cores so a prerequisite at one point will be quad core CPU's.

There is some documentation that the G3258 stutters with the GTX750Ti in applications where more cores are necessary. Something to think about as everyone keeps their intellectual property under wraps until release day.

So 2 years is a guesstimate and not a real educated guess.

less than 2 years. 3~4 years when you set to lowest details but then again this is based off of extrapolating a current trend.
