As the title suggests I'm deciding between these two GPUs

Sapphire Radeon R9 280X Vapor-X Tri-X OC 3GB GDDR5
or
Gigabyte AMD/ATI Radeon R9 280X 3GB GDDR5 PCIE GV-R928XOC-3GD V3.0

Has Gigabyte fixed problems with rev 3 or should I go with Sapphire for more stability? I don't want to underclock my GPU just cause they can't make it right.
I read somewhere that Gigabyte is producing more heat and I need a better cooling solution for case/ CPU. The performance is about the same, but if in near future I connect 2x4K monitors to Gigabyte card (gaming on 1) will it be able to run them both smootly and the other scenario would be 4K + 1080p screen (same question about performance)?

I like that Gigabyte has the auto wattage function for easier OCing, but then again with proper research I wouldn't need it.

I know that Gigabyte are known for awsome cooling sistem ,but in some cases their cooling is not much perceptive,in this case agains Vipor X in the R9-280X which i have it ,i have the R9-280x Vipor X 3 GB OC,and the hotest the gpu was i able to get it was under 1200Mhz OCed from 1070Mhz Boost and from 950 Mhz default clock, and 1680 Mhz on the memory clock from the 1550 Mhz default ,with manualy set FANS on 60 % she got 81 degrees celsius, and i was runing it BF4 on 1080 p ,but on Ultra preset, and i was testing max the card can hendle in extreme everyday OCed gaming with 200% ressolution scale which was 3840x2160 and on the other hand i hade a another 27 inch Monitor hocked up 1080p also as a second an he was showint me a map sections ,which techicly i was gaming on booth of them.so it gets HOT if u OverClocked if u dont there will be the collest r9-280x..trust me ,i know Gygabyte the also have awsome sistem ,but i am talking about Vipor X now ,try to see if some can tell something like me about the Gigabyte r9-280x cooling in my scenario..
