What is good thermal margin temperature? (AMD Overdrive)

So, I realized that thermal margin isn't a socket temp and that it's preciser than socket temp.

So, under load (gaming), it says about 15-20c. Is that good thermal margin?
I'm using AMD Overdrive. CPU: Athlon 860k.
