Yeah, that seems like an absolutely reasonable temperature to me.
The max temperature on a 660 is 97 degrees, so you're still a fair way off that.

That all depends on what CPU you have, but 45-55 should be fine, the max is normally around 90, and 38-41 for HDD is also fine.

The CPU and Motherboard are fine. The HDD, whilst at a quite higher temperature than I'd like, is still fine (to put things in perspective mine runs at 25º C)
