I want to build a CPU mainly for gaming. I don't need a monitor as I already have it. So I just want to know what configuration do I require for building a CPU for under 45k and the main purpose of it should be gaming.

By CPU do you mean a gaming PC? Because a CPU can't be built, it's only 1 part of the computer. Not sure what parts do you have available in India but I made this one a few days ago http://pcpartpicker.com/p/RK8sgs I guarantee a great gaming experience with this build.

AMD FX 6300
ASRock 990FX Extreme6
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler
Crucial Ballistix Sport 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
MSI GeForce GTX 970 4GB Twin Frozr V Video Card
Thermaltake Chaser A31 ATX Mid Tower Case

THIS IS A WAY OVERKILL BUT IF YOU HAVE A HDD AND WINDWOS YOU ARE GOOD TO GO FOR THE NEXT 3 YEARS FOR EVERY GAME

I highly suggestes he doesn't get amd CPUs and nvidia graphics combinations because from what I've seen they do not always work well together.

He does not need to get an expensive motherboard in my opinion. Also you did not even include a power supply nor an HDD and even passed $700. This is an incomplete build.

haha, yeah I want a gaming PC but I already have a monitor. The sad thing is that "EVGA GeForce GTX 970 4GB Superclocked ACX 2.0 Video Card" isn't available in India. And if I buy it gets imported from the US to India, it will cost me 28000 rupees which is nearly 450 US$. I can't it find online but I guess I'l get it from some shop.

Wait, I found it on ebay India and they're selling it for 33,000 rupees (528US$) and ZOTAC GeForce GTX 970 for Rs. 29,150 (457 US$).

Prices of electronic items are much more higher in India due to the high tax the government imposes. Based on the circumstances, this is the best choice of components that you can get in your budget(around Rs 45k). All have them have been linked to Flipkart for easy navigation :-

Processor -> Intel Core i5 4690K(Rs 17000) -> http://fkrt.it/CwuNIxNN
Motherboard -> Intel DH87MC 4th Generation Motherboard(Rs 7000) -> http://fkrt.it/dBBdHWNN
RAM -> Corsair Vengeance DDR3 8 GB(Rs 4900) -> http://fkrt.it/dBBJAzNN
HDD -> Seagate Barracuda 1 TB(Rs 3700) -> http://fkrt.it/Cw0hD9NN
GPU => Nvidia GTX 660 2GB (Rs 13000) -> http://fkrt.it/dB5upRNN

Total = Rs 45,600

mr. Milky Building . I dont think you can get a cpu for your cofigurations in india under 45k!!!
Do you think you would get a nvidia gtx970 4gb for some cheap prices? its 33k in india !!! and given the cofigurations it would cost a way above the price limit !! around 60k
