What does it mean when you tried to format a DVD-R and the result is that it is unable to be formatted? Are there any ways to format it?
I have tried formatting it but it was said that the windows was unable to format. I also tried burning the disk but it didn't work. I tried erasing the disk through the software called BurnAware. It didn't work, too. It was said that the disc was not erasable. Huhuhu. Please help~ Are there any ways to format the disc?
