Moved desktop in car. Now PSU makes buzzing noise the second I load into a game. Is it likely harmful for my PC?

It doesn't buzz in desktop or in the menu of games. Only after it's fully loaded. It stops the second I exit to menu or desktop.

Should I buy a new PSU as quickly as possible?

Cheers!

Edit:

I just noticed there's some miscolouring on the copper in the PSU. I'm not sure how long it's been there or if it even matters. I didn't manage to take a good photo of it, but here's a few:

Power down your PC, unplug etc. Open the case panel, check the cord plugged into your graphics card to see if it's fully connected. There may be no power cord depending on what card you have.

You can also try removing the card and re-seating it.

Don't forget to turn off your PC first, and unplug.

Thanks for the help. I tried both, but unfortunately it's still making the same sound. It almost sound a bit like an old hard drive, but not quite. Maybe it's the copper vibrating?

Thanks. I'm thinking of maybe buying a new PSU. This one is 3.5 years old now, so it might be starting to give up. I'm just hoping it's the PSU that's the actual problem, but as the sound is coming from it, I'm guessing it is.

You wouldn't happen to know what PSU's fit into an Obsidian 650D Midi Tower (https://www.komplett.no/product/622209)? Would something like this (https://www.komplett.no/corsair-rm750-750w-psu/796967) fit?

That may be your best option -- to get a new PSU.

That PSU will fit in your case. It is the same PSU I have, but many people would not recommend it. I personally have not had any problems.

Sounds good, thanks :)
