Which card of the ones stated in the title would be better at gaming with this system:

-PSU: EVGA 600B
-CPU: Intel Core i5 4460
-RAM: Mushkin Enhanced Redline 8GB
-HDD: WD Caviar Black 1TB WD1001FALS
-Motherboard: ASRock H97 Pro4
-Monitor: Acer G246HL Abd 24"
-CPU Fan: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo
-Optical Drive: Samsung SH-224DB/BEBE
-Fans: Two stock NZXT case fans (140mm, 120mm)
-Case: NZXT Source 210 Elite

both cards will get you a average of about 60 FPS at 1080p, but the 280x has 1 more GB of ram on a wider bus, so it will be up to date longer (in terms of VRAM), so that thing alone sells me.

280x is older and more power hungry but also more powerfull video card .
your power supply can handle 280x so go for it .

The cards will perform similarly; the 960 is a great card for 1080p gaming and the 4GB from EVGA makes it even better. Go with whichever is cheaper as the differences are minimal.

although toxic edition will probably not fit into your case ,
so buy other model with shorter cooler .

Defineilty by the 280x toxic. It is better than the GTX 960 and has 3GB of ram. Do not buy the GTX 960 4GB from EVGA because it is still a 128-bit bus, and for the same price you can get an R9 290 which is also 4GB but absolutley crushes the 960.
