HP Compaq Presario A900 CPU upgrade advice

Hey,
Ive just found one of my old laptop and I was wondering what CPU would be a compatible upgrade for it?

-Socket P
-Currently running on a Pentium Dual core T2370
-GM965 Chipset

Could I shove a core 2 duo in it?

You MIGHT be able to use an Intel Core 2 Quad, depending if your motherboard supports it. Still, any CPU in the socket P range is low for today's standards. I'd say it's cheaper to start with new parts.
