I'm looking for a decent portable (doesn't require installation) benchmarking tool. Do any of you have any suggestions or experiences you'd like to share?
Reason I want one is because I'm deciding which to use as my main workstation at the office: a Dell Inspiron 15-5547 on Win8.1 (new, not-too-great of a laptop) or a Dell Optiplex 960 on Win10 (old, but a beast back in its day). A typical snapshot usage of my workstation would be 2 chrome windows with about 5-6 tabs each, an Excel spreadsheet, Outlook, notepad, dropbox, and an RDP window open at the same time. Every once in a while I do big moves or extract/compress large files.
