Bumping is against the policy/rules of this board.

Your needs and requirements are too complex for me to give a simple or quick solution. I may be able to look at it during the weekend.

You might get more responses if you use PCPartpicker yourself and suggest what sort of thing you want.

Thank You for telling me i am new to these threads thank you ALOT

That's OK. I've been known to bump myself once or twice, but now I know better. There's also a form up in the stickies that helps organize your thoughts and request. You could use that an edit your initial post to present the information a bit more clearly.

I'm going to take the Solved off so that others will look at the thread for you.

The Xeon and the 16Gb is to support editing and non-gaming.
The liquid cooler is only because you want it. I'd use a cheaper, quieter air cooler.
The motherboard is a Z97 incase your recording card needs x8 on the pcie slot. If not, you could use a H97 chipset board.

You cannot go mITX with only one pcie x16 slot. You need that one for the GPU, where will your capture card go???

If I have misunderstood, let me know. That's why this is only the first go at it.
I like white cases.
The 230mm fan is for intake and that should be enough with your radiator and the built-in fan reversed to out.

you need to find your own PCIe card for recording.

Nice parts. The OP made a specific request for a 120mm radiator on their liquid cooling (which I don't think that they need in the first place.) I messed up by not including the 256Gb MX100. It should be in my build but I pressed the wrong button and did not notice.

They also want (I'm not sure that they need because of the capabilities for recording from their GPU) a pcie based game recorder, and perhaps some fans, so I did not run the budget so close.

I went for quiet and cool with the GPU, I see that you went with powerful! I'd probably go with the EVGA myself.

The OP could consider one of the GTX970 'shorties' made by ASUS or Gigabyte. In that case, the extra space may help airflow. I don't know that keyboard, my cheap CMStorm does all I need.

Here's a fixed build. At the current price point, the Samsung 850 EVO is the same price and faster than the MX100, I would get it myself, and I love Crucial for their cost effective quality. I've changed out the GPU for a smaller one to free up space in the case. We are working on a build at school with this card.

The top-down cooler is compact and makes more space in the case, and helps cool the motherboard. The Cryorig c1 is worth considering too.
