Amd vs Nvidia gpu software

So I'm seeing people comparing these two graphic cards between their specs but what about there software, like mantle or shadowplay? So my question is what does each graphics card have that is software wise?

Nvidia has shadowplay, PhysX and g-sync.
AMD has Mantle and adaptive sync.
Both have anti-aliasing techniques, etc. optimised for their cards.
You can get a complete list off the Nvidia and AMD web sites.
You need to decide if any of these features matter to you.
