NVIDIA GeForce 8600 GT vs Intel HD 4400 Graphics

I am looking to potentially replace old my computer. I have a self built PC from years ago that I might replace. It has an Intel E8400 processor, 4GB ram, a NVIDIA GeForce 8600GT graphics card, and a mechanical hard drive. I am considering a Dell E5250 (i5-5200U, 8GB Ram, SSD, Intel HD 4400 graphics - UMA) due to its size and docking capabilities. I was wondering how the gaming graphics would compare to my current setup. I really only play old games such as Command and Conquer (upt to Generals and Red Alert 2/3), Company of Heros 1, Sims 3, newest is Simcity. Will the graphics be similar? From what I have found online, the graphics will likely be about the same for my demands, but I need some confirmation. Let me know if more info is needed on my desktop, I can tell you pretty much everything, I just need to go back through my old boxes. Thanks.
