Cannot use keyboard and mouse in bios.

You will have to use a normal usb2 kb and mouse or a ps/2 one until you can get the all of the needed drivers installed. That includes updated BIOS, chipset, and USB3 drivers. After you get those updated then you can add the new kb and mouse drivers and add them.
