I am looking to buy my first gaming rig.
I am not a hardcore gamer at the moment but would like for this build to be suffice if I decide to play more intensive game (currently only play LOL and Civ)

I am looking for a strong build that is quiet even while playing games that will last ~5 year without the need to upgrade anything.

Here is the build and more details are below:

All $ values are Canadian dollars (with taxes)

CPU: i5-4690K - $325
GPU: Asus GeForce GTX 970 Strix - $400
MOBO: Asus Z97-A - $180
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 2x4GB - $80
PSU: Be Quiet Straight Power 600W - $140
HDD: Samsung 840 EVO 250GB - $145
Case: Be Quiet 800 - $100
DISPLAY: 2 Monitors @ 60HZ 1080p - $200
CPU Cooling Fan: Scythe Kotetsu - $55
Adtnl Fans: Silent Wings 2 120mm - $25
Keyboard: undecided

Total Cost: $1650 + Keyboard

I am not on an exact budget, but would like to spend the least amount for what I am looking for (would love if i can spend less than what is listed above)
Ideally I want this build to be quiet, not sure if the additional fan is necessary?
I would like this to be able to handle light Photoshop, ArcGIS and basic AutoCad (not going to be rendering, Cad is less of a priority than ArcGIS)
I will be overclocking.
What should I be changing/adding/removing from what is listed above to achieve what I am looking for.
Feel free to suggest and criticize anything.

Thanks :)
