I have power supply Corsair RM 550W and processor AMD FX 8320 3.5 GHz with cooler master hyper 103 and my motherboard is MSI 970A - G43. So how much GHz i get, if im using default voltage ?
That motherboard isn't idea for heavy overclocking, please do some reading and research before you start. I would suggest getting a case fan and pointing it at your Northbridge for sure. 4ghz is about as far as I would consider pushing that setup, 4.2ghz if you have some outstanding cooling going on the motherboard itself and I wouldn't recommend this for long periods.

So right now i have 2 Question :
How about if i overclocking until 4 ghz for long periods ? is it fine ?
And if im not overclock my processor would my motherboard life longer and still have good perfomance ?
Up to 4ghz should be fine and no it shouldn't hurt the life of the board, it's a good quality motherboard it just doesn't use a good VRM power phase to be overclocking heavy. I would suggest the fan pointed at the North bridge though that will take the ????? and possible shutdowns out of the picture.
