Best motherboard for music production/gaming

can somes please recommend the best mobo (preferable under $230) that supports LGA1155, H77 or Z77 chipset, and is mATX? im using it mainly for music production but some light gaming as well.

This seems like a serious contender. It supports 8ch audio and audio chipset is Realtek ALC898 (if that matters).
