I have this mobo and cpu I would like to overclock them how to i begin ?

Great board for it with 8+2 power phases (better than many 990FX boards) just follow the guide and make sure you have good enough cooling.

A 990fx chipset mobo would be better.

To overclock the fx8320 read up on guides eg http://www.overclock.net/t/1348623/amd-bulldozer-and-piledriver-overclocking-guide-asus-motherboard
