I am using MSI R7 260 1GB DDR5 Graphics Card with Corsair VS450 W SMPS.
My problem is that the Recommended PSU (W) is 500 for the graphics card so here I want to know that will I have to upgrade my SMPS to 500W or above or can simply use the current SMPS.

This problem ocurred beacuse I make plan to buy MSI R7 250 1GB DDR5 which required 450W SMPS and when I go to purchase this Graphic Card in shop it was out of stock so that's why I bought MSI R7 260 1GB DDR5.
