so i made my own pc, hoping it will deliver amazing graphics with high fps and it did.
however after a few minutes it will stutter extremely and freezes, then bluescreen.
or
it will stutter and then the graphics card will reboots
or
it will just get stuck with repeating sound annoyingly

after a few months i got sick so i ignore it and went back to my laptop.
then i found out that my ram (or atleast what it says in the vendor) runs at 1.65V
so i pop the bios and changed the dram voltage to 1.65V

things got better, HOWEVER that stuttering problem now is less extreme. now it will just stutter and then blackscreen, not responding.

I ran memtest and there were no problem shown, at this point i have no idea what is going on.
not sure what's wrong, is it the graphics card, ram or cpu?

my spec is

motherboard: maximus v formula
CPU: intel i7 3770k
RAM: corsair dominator platinum 16GB 2400mhz CMD16GX3M4A2400C10
GPU: gigabyte windforce GTX 680 oc
PSU: rosewill lightning hive 800w

EDIT:
i updated the bios setting, and i think it fixed it but i will not jump into conclusion i would still try it for a few days. will be updating if it really fixed it

i forgot to mention the is w8.1

os: windows 8.1

2nd EDIT:

It happened again, however it was when i was playing dota2 after around 40 minutes it freezes but the skype i was using still works yet i was unable to alt+tab. also now it made my csgo not responding, but then i kill the task and re run csgo and it works again.
