So this started happening around 4 days ago. I was playing sleeping dogs and the PC restarted all of a sudden. After that it restarts in every game though I can play for about 5 minutes. I thought this was a graphics card problem at first so I put my card in a mates PC. Works perfectly no restarts. On my PC furmark wont even start. Pressing the start gpu test button makes it restart instantly. The test wont even run. Tomb Raider runs for 5 minutes on ultra but instantly restarts when on ultimate with the fancy hair setting on haha

PC specs
CPU: i5-4460
GPU: Sapphire R9 280 3GB
RAM: Kingston Hyperx Fury 8gb
PSU: Coolermaster G550M
MOBO: Gigabyte H97 Gaming 3

Solution
You have a Coolermaster PSU. It is likely overrated, and in any case unable to hold up its end of the log. A good 550W PSU is sufficient for your rig.

most likely suspect is that junk psu. psu's from coolermaster have a poor reputation for a good reason.

so swap out the power supply and I'll be fine? What brand do you recommend for good power supply, I thought cooler master wasn't bad when i bought it. I read a review about the one I got and they said it was ok

I cant. I have to find someone coming from another country and make him bring one. Thanks for the input. One more question. Is there any way to be completely sure if its the power supply going bad? Everything ran for the 3 months i've had this system till now
