Are these decent computers for games like DayZ, H1Z1 and Arma 3?

Not only no, but heck no. All three games you mentioned are poorly optimized and CPU intensive to the extreme. With my i5-4690K overclocked to 4.2GHz, I see 25-30 FPS on high/ultra. With the Pentium, you'd see very slow, very weak gameplay.

Technically you might meet the specs suggested, but I doubt you'd be satisfied with the performance. What is your budget?

Cheaper than what you posted, and significantly better.

dude why would you go with the 760 when you can get a better card for cheaper AKA the 960 makes no sense and is also more efficient

im pretty sure mods can only close threads, but regarding your question i suggest you don't get any of those build they cheaped out on the cpu and it is decent for low end gaming but can be better i suggest you do go with a similar build like arch guall suggested but go for a 960.

just so you know the games you are trying to play are $hit optimized they run like crap even on very powerful hardware i suggest if you do build a pc you stay away from those games at all cost

I'm guessing you haven't look at the australian prices, have you? The GTX 760 I picked is $255, the cheapest GTX 960 is $285, with an EVGA 960 being $300. I wanted to keep the price to cheaper than the prebuilt computer.
