Looking for the solution of Black screen and buzzing noise problem!

My pc spec,
CPU : AMD FX 6300 (3.5 GHz)
GPU : Radeon EAH 5450 1GB
Ram : Transend (4 GB)
Mob : AsRock 960GM-VGS3 FX

Plz someone help me out.... :( its so irritating...

Well first you need to listen and find out where the buzzing is coming from in the case.

Second, you need to list what situations cause this black screen.

Without that info you could just have your eyes closed and there is a bee in the room.
